Third Party Waiver definition

Third Party Waiver means a waiver or subordination of Liens satisfactory to Bank from any lessors, mortgages, warehouse operators, processors or other third parties that might have lienholders’ enforcement rights against any Collateral, waiving or subordinating those rights in favor of Bank and assuring Bank’s access to the Collateral in exercise of Bank’s rights hereunder.
Third Party Waiver and “Third Party Waivers” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5 of this Agreement.
Third Party Waiver means a waiver or subordination of Liens satisfactory to the Administrative Agent from any Manufacturers, Distributors, lessors, mortgages, warehouse operators, processors or other third parties that might have lienholders’ enforcement rights against any Collateral, waiving or subordinating those rights in favor of the Administrative Agent and assuring the Administrative Agent’s access to the Collateral in exercise of the Administrative Agent’s rights hereunder.
