Third Party Waiver definition

Third Party Waiver means a waiver or subordination of Liens satisfactory to Bank from any lessors, mortgages, warehouse operators, processors or other third parties that might have lienholders’ enforcement rights against any Collateral, waiving or subordinating those rights in favor of Bank and assuring Bank’s access to the Collateral in exercise of Bank’s rights hereunder.
Third Party Waiver and “Third Party Waivers” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5 of this Agreement.
Third Party Waiver means a waiver or subordination of Liens satisfactory to Administrative Agent from any lessors, mortgages, warehouse operators, processors or other third parties that might have lienholders’ enforcement rights against any Collateral, waiving or subordinating those rights in favor of Administrative Agent and assuring Administrative Agent’s access to the Collateral in exercise of Administrative Agent’s rights hereunder.

Examples of Third Party Content include data feeds from social network services, rss feeds from blog posts, Oracle data marketplaces and libraries, dictionaries, and marketing data. Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Third-Party Release means the release given by each of the Releasing Parties to the Released Parties as set forth in Article VIII.E of the Plan.
