this Deed definition

this Deed means this Deed and Schedules all read together.
this Deed means this deed and includes the schedule and any amendments;
this Deed and "TRUST DEED" means this Trust Deed and the Schedules and any Trust Deed supplemental hereto and the Schedules (if any) thereto, all as from time to time supplemented or modified in accordance with the provisions contained in this Deed and where applicable, therein.

  • This Deed may be executed in any number of counterparts, and this has the same effect as if the signatures on the counterparts were on a single copy of this Deed.

  • If any provision of this Deed of Guarantee is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if this Deed of Guarantee had been executed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated.

  • The Beneficiary shall be entitled to assign or transfer the benefit of this Deed of Guarantee at any time to any person without the consent of the Guarantor being required and any such assignment or transfer shall not release the Guarantor from its liability under this Guarantee.

  • The Guarantor warrants, acknowledges and confirms to the Beneficiary that it has not entered into this Deed of Guarantee in reliance upon, nor has it been induced to enter into this Deed of Guarantee by any representation, warranty or undertaking made by or on behalf of the Beneficiary (whether express or implied and whether pursuant to statute or otherwise) which is not set out in this Deed of Guarantee.

  • The rights and remedies provided in this Deed are cumulative and not exclusive of any rights or remedies provided by law.
