Three Year Plan definition

Three Year Plan means the three year plan approved by the Board in January 2019.
Three Year Plan as defined in Section 6.2(b)(i).
Three Year Plan means the business plan for the conduct of the Operations during a calendar year and the immediately following two calendar years prepared by the Manager pursuant to section 13.2 of the JV Agreement as in effect on the date hereof.

Examples of Three Year Plan in a sentence

  • Three Year Plan If an eligible teacher gives the Board an irrevocable letter of retirement prior to May 1 in the school year that is three (3) years prior to the year of retirement, the teacher shall be removed from Appendix A: Teacher’s Salary Schedule and, for the final three (3) years of employment, the teacher’s TRS creditable earnings shall be increased by 6% over the teacher’s TRS creditable earnings for the prior years of employment respectively.

  • Three Year Plan If an eligible employee gives the Board an irrevocable letter of retirement prior to February 1 three (3) years prior to the year of retirement, the employee will be removed from the salary schedule and for the final three (3) years of employment the employee’s TRS creditable earnings shall be increased by six percent (6%) over the employee’s TRS creditable earnings for the prior years of employment respectively.

Related to Three Year Plan

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Plan Year means the calendar year.
