Threshold Award definition

Threshold Award means the percentage of Base Annual Salary which may be paid based on the minimum acceptable Relative Performance during the Plan Year.
Threshold Award means an Award level that may be paid if the threshold level of the Performance Goal(s) is achieved in the Performance Year.
Threshold Award means a dollar amount or a percentage of Base Salary, as determined by the Committee for each Performance Period, which represents the payment that the Participant will earn if the threshold level of the Performance Measures is achieved, subject to Section 4(a).

  • The SUA’s shall consist of a Threshold Award, a Target Award and an Exceptional Award.

More Definitions of Threshold Award

Threshold Award means the minimum award payable under the Plan to a Participant for the Performance Period (if earned), expressed as a percentage of Participant’s Base Salary (or any other measure of the Participant’s base salary determined by the Committee) or a specific dollar amount, as determined by the Committee in accordance with Section 6.
Threshold Award means the minimum amount of an Award to be paid to a Participant if certain threshold performance measures are satisfied pursuant to Section 3 of the Plan.
