Threshold Languages definition

Threshold Languages means those languages as determined by CalOptima from time to time based upon State requirements per Medi-Cal Managed Care Division (MMCD) Policy Letter 99-03, or any update or revision thereof. As of the effective date of this Contract, the threshold languages are English, Spanish and Vietnamese.
Threshold Languages. As specified in annual guidance to Contractors on specific translation requirements for their service areas.
