Time Bar definition

Time Bar means the period in which a claim, once reported to the Terminal Operator, must be finally decided upon in terms of the Terminal Operator's internal claims procedures, which time bar period is a period of 420 (four hundred and twenty) days from the time that the Customer places the Terminal Operator on notice in respect of a damages claim.
Time Bar means the following:
Time Bar has the meaning given to such term in Section 16.2(a).

  • CANCELL ATIONS Cancellations must be made thirty (30) days prior to your event, or one-half of your deposit will be charged to you, as Island Time Bar & Grill will have lost other potential customers for the date of your event.Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days prior to your event will result in a charge of the entire deposit.

  • Service Start Date means the date on which services were first supplied under this Agreement.

  • Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature asthe date this Contract starts;

  • Work Day means any day that an Employee is regularly scheduled to work and for which the Employee receives payment from the Employer.

  • Bill Date The date when a CenturyLink service is billed and/or invoiced to a customer. The Bill Date is generally the date one (1) Day past the billing cycle close date and will appear on any such bill or invoice.

  • Service Date or "SD" means the date service is made available to the End User Customer. This also is referred to as the "Due Date."

  • Afternoon shift means any shift finishing after 6.00pm and at or before midnight.

  • Time Worked means time during which an employee is performing labor or services for the benefit of an employer, including all time s/he is suffered or permitted to work, whether or not required to do so.

  • Vesting Date has the meaning set forth in Section 3.10(c)(ii).

  • Start Date for Term Calculation Purposes Only: Regardless of actual award/effective date of Contract, for Agreement “term” calculation purposes only, the Agreement “start date” is the last day of the month that Award Notifications are anticipated as published in the Solicitation. Example: If the anticipated award date published in the Solicitation is August 27, 2020 but extended negotiations delay award until September 24, 2020 the end date of the resulting initial “two-year” term Agreement, (which is subject to an extension(s)) will still be August 31, 2022 in this example

  • Scheduled Castes means such castes, races or tribes or parts of, or groups within, such castes, races or tribes as are deemed to be Scheduled Castes, in relation to the State of Maharashtra under article 341 of the Constitution of India;

  • Vesting Commencement Date means the Grant Date or such other date selected by the Committee as the date from which an Award begins to vest.

  • Service Drop means the overhead service conductors from the service point to the connection to the service-entrance conductors at the building or other structure.

  • Scheduled operation time means the scheduled operating hours of the System for the month. All planned downtime on the system would be deducted from the total operation time for the month to give the scheduled operation time.

  • Software as a Service or “SaaS” means a licensing delivery model wherein software or other hosted services are licensed on a subscription basis, centrally hosted, and remotely accessed by users.

  • Travel Time is the time an Interpreter uses to commute to and from an Appointment. Travel time, if more than one (1) hour each way, is added to the total time of the initial Appointment request.   • Minimum Run Time For all generating units that are not combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the minimum number of hours a unit must run, in real-time operations, from the time after generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, to the time of generator breaker opening, as measured by PJM's State Estimator. For combined cycle units, “Minimum Run Time” shall mean the time period after the first combustion turbine generator breaker closure, which is typically indicated by telemetered or aggregated State Estimator megawatts greater than zero, and the last generator breaker opening as measured by PJM’s State Estimator.

  • broadcasting service means a radiocommunication service in which the transmissions are intended for direct reception by the general public. This service may include sound transmissions, television transmissions or other types of transmission.

  • Scheduled Issued Date or "SID" means the date the order is entered into Qwest's order distribution system.

  • Subscription Service means the PROS software applications subscribed to by Customer under an Order and made available online by PROS as described in the Documentation. “Subscription Service” excludes Professional Services and Free Trial Services.

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Accrued Day(s) Off means the paid day(s) off accruing to an employee resulting from an entitlement to the 38 hour week as prescribed in Clause 6. - Hours of this award.

  • Scheduled Expiration Date is defined in Schedule 1 to the Lease.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • border control means the control of persons carried out at a border in response exclusively to an intention to cross or the act of crossing that border, regardless of any other consideration, consisting of border checks at border crossing points and border surveillance between border crossing points;
