Time cycle means the film development time.

  • Telescope Maintenance Time in any one year cycle is represented by the number of nights that are allocated in advance for maintenance activities on the telescope or associated systems and/or infrastructure which preclude the use of SALT for observation, and shall be allocated by Board decision in advance of the start of the year’s Total Available Telescope Time cycle, after due consideration of the operation and maintenance plan submitted to the Board by the SAAO.

  • The Telescope Engineering Time, allocated by Board decision in advance of the start of the year’s Total Available Telescope Time cycle, shall be that time allocated to engineering activities made following due consideration of the operation and maintenance plan submitted to the Board by the SAAO and other engineering and instrument commissioning requirements submitted in advance to the Board by Shareholders for consideration.

  • Unused Banked Time will be paid at the end of the Banked Time cycle or at the end of the second cycle had the employee been approved for a one time carry over.

  • Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:

  • life cycle means all consecutive and/or interlinked stages, including research and development to be carried out, production, trading and its conditions, transport, use and maintenance, throughout the existence of the product or the works or the provision of the service, from raw material acquisition or generation of resources to disposal, clearance and end of service or utilisation;

  • Performance Cycle means one or more periods of time, which may be of varying and overlapping durations, as the Administrator may select, over which the attainment of one or more Performance Criteria will be measured for the purpose of determining a grantee’s right to and the payment of a Restricted Stock Award, Restricted Stock Units, Performance Share Award or Cash-Based Award, the vesting and/or payment of which is subject to the attainment of one or more Performance Goals. Each such period shall not be less than 12 months.

  • Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.
