Time Related Charge means a Method Related Charge for work the cost of which is to be considered as proportional to the length of time taken to execute the work.
Restructuring related costs means reasonably incurred costs
Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.
Group Grievance is defined as a single grievance, signed by a Xxxxxxx or a Union Representative on behalf of a group of employee who have the same complaint. Such grievances must be dealt with at successive stages of the Grievance Procedure commencing with Step 1. The grievors shall be listed on the grievance form.
Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.
Failed Bank Charge-Offs/Write-Downs means, with respect to any Shared- Loss Asset, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of reversals or charge-offs of Accrued Interest and charge-offs and write-downs of principal effected by the Failed Bank with respect to that Shared-Loss Asset as reflected on the Accounting Records of the Failed Bank.
Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay the customer's share of transition costs.
Annual Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.
Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

Related Costs means lodging and, if necessary, physical protection for the Covered Person during or while waiting for Transport to the Nearest Place of Safety. Related Costs will include temporary lodging, if necessary, while a Covered Person is waiting to be transported back to the Host Country, Home Country or other country where the Policyholder that sponsored the Covered Person’s Trip is located. Benefits will not be payable for Related Costs unless We (or Our authorized assistance provider) authorize in writing, or by an authorized electronic or telephonic means, all expenses in advance, and services are rendered by Our assistance provider.
Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.
Usual and Customary Charge means the average amount charged by most providers for treatment, service or supplies in the geographic area where the treatment, service or supply is provided.
Fixed Costs means costs which do not vary with consumption or volume produced;
Pharmacist-in-charge means a pharmacist currently licensed in good standing who accepts responsibility for the operation of a pharmacy in conformance with all laws and rules pertinent to the practice of pharmacy and the distribution of drugs, and who is personally in full and actual charge of the pharmacy and all personnel.
Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.
Monthly Charges means a finance carrying charge of one and one-half of one percent (1.5%) and a storage and handling charge of one-half of one percent (0.5%), in each case of the Cost of the Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or of the fees for the Product affected by the reschedule or cancellation (as applicable) per month until such Inventory and/or Special Inventory and/or Product is returned to the vendor, used to manufacture Product or is otherwise purchased by Customer.
Service Costs has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01.
Schedule of Retained Causes of Action means the schedule of certain Causes of Action of the Debtors that are not released, waived, or transferred pursuant to the Plan, as the same may be amended, modified, or supplemented from time to time.

Engineer-In-Charge (EIC means the Engineer officer authorised to direct, supervise and be In-charge of the works for the purpose of this contract who shall supervise and be in charge of the work.
