Timetable Change Date definition

Timetable Change Date has the meaning ascribed to it in Part D of the CCOS Network Code;
Timetable Change Date means each of the dates, determined at a European Passenger Timetable Conference and notified to each of the Operators from time to time, on which a change to all or substantially all the National Timetable is to come into force.

Examples of Timetable Change Date in a sentence

  • If, by 2200 hours on the day before a Timetable Change Date and after consultation with the person proposing to move the trains, RfL(I) reasonably considers that the person proposing to move the trains will not have the necessary Access Rights by the intended date of operation of the Train Slots, then it may remove the Train Slot(s) for the movement of those trains from the Working Timetable due to commence the following day.

  • If, for the purpose of identifying a Corresponding Day, no day is found under paragraph (a), (b) or (c) of the definition "Corresponding Day" and the parties have failed to reach agreement on the Corresponding Day by the date falling eight Weeks before the relevant Timetable Change Date then either party may require that the identification of the Corresponding Day be resolved as a dispute in accordance with the CVL ADRR.

Related to Timetable Change Date

  • Change Date means (i) each Interest Method Change Date (including any Term Rate Period Advance Tender Date) or (ii) each Facility Change Date or (iii) a date not later than twenty-five (25) days after receipt by the Trustee of a “Notice of Termination Date” under a Liquidity Facility, which date shall be specified in the notice of the Trustee of the purchase of all 2024 Series A Variable Rate Bonds of the applicable Group provided pursuant to Section 801(A) of Appendix A hereto or (iv) each Discretionary Tender Date.

  • Control Change Date means the date on which a Change in Control occurs. If a Change in Control occurs on account of a series of transactions, the “Control Change Date” is the date of the last of such transactions.

  • Interest Rate Change Date The date on which the Mortgage Interest Rate is subject to change as provided in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Potential Change of Control Announcement means any public announcement or statement by the Issuer or by any actual or potential bidder or any designated adviser thereto relating to any specific or any near-term potential Change of Control (whereby "near-term" shall mean that such potential Change of Control is reasonably likely to occur, or is publicly stated by the Issuer or by any such actual or potential bidder or any such designated adviser to be intended to occur, within four months of the date of such announcement or statement).

  • Proposal Due Date means the date and time specified in the Proposal Invitation, or any addenda thereto, by which Vendors are required to submit Proposals for this Proposal Invitation.

  • Climate Change Levy or “CCL” means the tax referred to in schedule 6 of the Finance Act 2000;

  • Benchmark Determination Date means (a) if the Benchmark is LIBOR, the LIBOR Determination Date, (b) if the Benchmark is Term SOFR, the date that is two Business Days before the first day of the applicable Accrual Period, (c) if the Benchmark is Compounded SOFR, the date that is five Business Days before the last day of the applicable Accrual Period and (d) if the Benchmark is any other rate, the date determined by the Trust according to Section 2.16 of the Indenture.

  • Exchange Dates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • ECB Recommended Rate Index Cessation Event means the occurrence of one or more of the following events, as determined by the Issuer and notified by the Issuer to the Calculation Agent:

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • SOFR Determination Date has the meaning specified in the definition of “Daily Simple SOFR”.

  • Mandatory Termination Date means the "Termination Date" set forth under "Investment Summary--Essential Information" in the Prospectus for the Trust.
