Title and Survey Review Period means the thirty (30) day period commencing upon the Company’s receipt of the latest to be received of the Commitment, the Title Documents and the Survey. Title and Survey Review Period. The period ending twenty (20) days after Purchaser's receipt of the initial Title Commitment and the Existing Survey, but in any event not later than the expiration of the Inspection Period.

  • During the Title and Survey Review Period, Purchaser shall review title to the Property as disclosed by the Title Commitment and the Survey.

  • Buyer shall have until expiration of the Inspection Period described in Section 4.1 or ten (10) days after receipt of the ESM Survey described at Section 3.2, whichever is later (the "Title and Survey Review Period"), to advise Seller in writing of any encumbrances, restrictions, easements, or other matters shown in the Preliminary Commitment or ESM Survey (collectively, "Exceptions") to which Buyer objects.

  • The Preliminary Commitment may be to issue an ALTA Standard Owner's Policy of title insurance as to those portions of the Real Property for which Title Company will not issue an ALTA Extended Owner's Policy for lack of an ALTA survey prior to Closing, subject to Buyer's approval during the Title and Survey Review Period defined below.

  • During the Title and Survey Review Period, Purchaser shall review title to the Property as disclosed by the Title Commitments and the Surveys.

  • The Title Policy may be for an ALTA Standard Owner's Policy of title insurance as to those portions of the Real Property for which Title Company will not issue an ALTA Extended Owner's Policy for lack of an ALTA survey prior to Closing, subject to Buyer's approval during the Title and Survey Review Period.

  • Any exceptions identified in the Title Commitment or Survey to which written notice of objection is not given within such period shall be a “Permitted Encumbrance.” If the Seller is unable or unwilling to correct the Buyer’s title and survey objections within the Title and Survey Review Period, Buyer may terminate this Agreement by written notice to Seller prior to expiration of the Title and Survey Review Period, in which case the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit shall be refunded to Buyer.

  • During the Title and Survey Review Period, Purchaser shall review title to the Property as disclosed by the Title Commitment and the Survey, and shall notify Seller in writing of any title matters which are unacceptable to Purchaser, in its sole discretion (the “Title Objection Notice”).

  • Defect Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.2 of this Agreement.

  • Inspection Period means the period beginning on the Effective Date and expiring at 5:00 p.m. eastern time on the forty-fifth day after the Effective Date.

  • Professional land surveyor means a professional land surveyor licensed under ch. 443.

  • Record of survey map means a map of a survey of land prepared in accordance with Section 10-9a-603, 17-23-17, 17-27a-603, or 57-8-13.

  • Title Defect Amount means, with respect to a Title Defect Property, the amount by which such Title Defect Property is impaired as a result of the existence of one or more Title Defects, which amount shall be determined as follows:

  • Survey Area means the area of land or waters the subject of a Survey, or proposed to be the subject of a Survey.

  • Title Commitments has the meaning set forth in Section 5.9.

  • Phase I assessment as described in, and meeting the criteria of, (i) Chapter 5 of the FNMA Multifamily Guide or any successor provisions covering the same subject matter in the case of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is multifamily property or (ii) the American Society for Testing and Materials in the case of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is not multifamily property.

  • Title V means Title V of the federal Act for the Senior Community Service Employment Program for Older Americans.
