Title Dispute definition

Title Dispute shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.2(j).

Examples of Title Dispute in a sentence

  • In the event that Seller and Purchaser are not able to agree on an Arbitrator within ten (10) days after the date on which either Party determines to submit a Title Dispute or Environmental Dispute to arbitration, either Seller or Purchaser may request that the American Arbitration Association appoint the Arbitrator.

  • Each of Seller and Purchaser shall submit a written statement of its position to the Arbitrator with respect to the Title Dispute or Environmental Dispute (as applicable) not later than the tenth (10th) day after the Arbitrator is appointed.

  • With respect to any Included Title Defect Property for which there is a timely delivered Title Dispute Election, the provisions of Section 6.7 shall apply and at the resolution of such Disputed Matter pursuant to Section 6.7, the amount deposited in escrow with respect thereto shall be released from the Escrow Account to Seller or Buyer, as applicable, pursuant to the decision of the Arbitrator.

Related to Title Dispute

  • Arbitrable Dispute means any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

  • Formal Dispute means a written objection by an Interested Party to any of the following: i. A solicitation or other request by OGS for offers for a contract for the procurement of commodities, services or technology. ii. The cancellation of the solicitation or other request by OGS. iii. An award or proposed award of the Contract by OGS. iv. A termination or cancellation of an award of the Contract by OGS. v. Changes in the scope of the Centralized Contract by the Commissioner. vi. Determination of “materiality” in an instance of nonperformance or contractual breach. vii. An equitable adjustment in the Centralized Contract terms and/or pricing made by the Commissioner during a Force Majeure event.

  • trade dispute means any dispute or difference between employers and workmen, or between workmen and workmen, connected with the employment or non-employment, or the terms of employment, or with the conditions of labour, of any person;

  • Technical Dispute has the meaning specified in Section 12.2;
