Purchaser's objections may include additional requirements with regard to the Title Evidence based upon its initial review of the same, including requiring (a) satisfaction of Title Insurer's requirements as set forth in the Commitment, (b) deletion of all the so-called "standard exceptions" to coverage, and (c) affirmative insurance of any easements appurtenant to the Real Property.
With respect to the previously existing surveys of the Easements, the Borrower shall have delivered to the Title Insurers “no change affidavits” in form and substance required by the Title Insurers for removal of any “general survey exception” from the Title Policies.
