Lender shall have received a title survey for the Property, certified to the title company and Lender and their successors and assigns, in form and content satisfactory to Lender and prepared by a professional and properly licensed land surveyor satisfactory to Lender in accordance with the most recent Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys.
Lender shall have received a current Survey for each Individual Property, certified to the title company and Lender and their successors and assigns, in form and content reasonably satisfactory to Lender and prepared by a professional and properly licensed land surveyor satisfactory to Lender in accordance with the Accuracy Standards for ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys as adopted by ALTA, American Congress on Surveying & Mapping and National Society of Professional Surveyors in 2005.
As of that date, all previous versions of the Minimum Standard Detail Requirements for ALTA/ACSM or ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys are superseded by these standards.
