Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.
Change Order means a written instrument signed by Owner and Contractor stating their agreement upon all of the following: (1) a change in the Work; (2) the amount of the adjustment in the Contract Sum, if any, and (3) the extent of the adjustment in the Contract Time, if any.
Change Order Request means a written request or proposal for a Change Order submitted by either Company or Contractor and including:
Multiple Exchange Carriers Ordering and Design or “MECOD” means the Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, a document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee of the OBF, which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee of ATIS. The MECOD document, published by ATIS as ATIS/OBF- MECAB-Issue 3, February 1993, establishes methods for processing orders for access service which is to be provided to an IXC by two (2) or more telecommunications providers.
Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);
Proposed Change Order (PCO means a document that informs Contractor of a proposed change in the Work and appropriately describes or otherwise documents such change including Contractor’s response of pricing for the proposed change.
Alternative modes of instruction means modes of pupil instruction, other than in-person instruction, that may include, without limitation, partnerships with other districts or intermediate districts or community colleges or institutions of higher education, use of vendors, use of online learning, telephone communications, email, virtual instruction, videos, slideshows, project-based learning, use of instructional packets, or a hybrid of multiple modes of learning that still promote recommended practices for social distancing to mitigate the spread of COVID-CD.
Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;
Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.
Instructional material means instructional content that is provided to a student, regardless of its format, including printed or representational materials, audiovisual materials, and materials in electronic or digital formats (such as materials accessible through the Internet). The term does not include academic tests or academic assessments. 20 USC §1232h(c)(6)(A).
Manual Load Dump Warning means a notification from PJM to warn Members of an increasingly critical condition of present operations that may require manually shedding load.
Stop Work Order is defined in Appendix B. “Term” comprises the Initial Term and any Option Terms.
Network Connection Standards means the Distributor’s written technical and safety standards for connection of an Electrical Installation to the Network that are issued by the Distributor and updated from time to time, and include:
L/C Application means an application and agreement for the issuance or amendment of a Letter of Credit in the form from time to time in use by the L/C Issuer.

Construction Services Agreement means this Construction Services Agreement, together with any duly authorized and executed amendments hereto.
Construction Service Agreement means either an Interconnection Construction Service Agreement or an Upgrade Construction Service Agreement.
Customer Application means an application or any set of applications that adds primary and significant functionality to the Embedded Capabilities and that is not primarily a substitute for any portion of Microsoft Power BI services.
Dispatch Instruction has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
IITK Purchase Order means the IITK’s official Purchase Order document;
Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
Project Application means the federal Section 5311 operating assistance project application submitted by the Municipal Corporation to, and as approved by the Commissioner for the Project described in Appendix C of this Agreement, including all project supporting information submitted therewith.
Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the unit referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.
Manual Load Dump Action means an Operating Instruction, as defined by NERC, from PJM to shed firm load when the PJM Region cannot provide adequate capacity to meet the PJM Region’s load and tie schedules, or to alleviate critically overloaded transmission lines or other equipment.
