Toll Account Provider means an agency or other Person that provides and maintains Toll Accounts for Users.

Linked Account means any controlled disbursement account or other deposit account at any time linked to any of the Collection Accounts maintained at Truist Financial Corp. by a zero balance account connection or other automated funding mechanism.
Collection Account Bank means any of the banks or other financial institutions holding one or more Collection Accounts.
Dominion Account a special account established by Borrowers at Bank of America or another bank reasonably acceptable to Agent, which is subject at all times to a Deposit Account Control Agreement.
Collection Account Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit VI among Originator, Seller, the Agent and a Collection Bank.
Concentration Account has the meaning provided in Section 6.13(c).

Designated Account Bank has the meaning specified therefor in Schedule D-1 to the Agreement (or such other bank that is located within the United States that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrowers to Agent).
Designated Account means the Deposit Account of Borrower identified on Schedule D-1 to the Agreement (or such other Deposit Account of Borrower located at Designated Account Bank that has been designated as such, in writing, by Borrower to Agent).
Collection Account Control Agreement means that certain Collection Account Control Agreement, to be entered into by and among the Borrower, the Lender and Bank, with respect to the Collection Account, in form and substance acceptable to the Lender and the Borrower, as the same may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Administration Account As defined in Section 7.02.
Debt Service Account means the Debt Service Account for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 (within the Bond and Interest Fund) created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.
Credit Card Account means the Account of the Cardmember opened with Maybank for the purpose of this Agreement;
