Toll Facility means a roadway or a managed lane(s) within a roadway, for which travelers who are not toll-exempt pay a specified fee for usage. Transaction Record shall mean the record created in an Express Lane containing the data captured by the Zone Controller for a vehicle passage. All Transaction Records received from Express Lane Tolling Gantries for a given transponder or license plate number are assembled into a single Trip Transaction for that Tolled Segment by the Facility Host System. TSI Contractor shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Recitals.
