Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon definition

Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon or “TPH” means the additive total of all petroleum hydrocarbons found in an analytical sample.
Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon or “TPH” shall mean a test used to determine the amount of oil and grease in a waste.
Total Petroleum Hydrocarbon or “S(STPHS)S" means the additive total of all petroleum hydrocarbons found in an analytical sample.

  • Petroleum and Natural Gas Rights means the Vendor’s entire interest in those Petroleum Substances underlying the Lands in the respective formations to the extent that the same are described in Schedule “A” and are granted by the Leases, subject to the Permitted Encumbrances, and includes the interest and right of the Vendor in any lands or leases with which those Petroleum Substances have been pooled or unitized;

  • plant pest means any living organism, other than a vertebrate animal, in any stage of its existence, which is injurious or likely to be injurious to any plant or plant product;

  • Probable Mineral Reserve means the economically mineable part of an indicated and, in some circumstances, a measured mineral resource demonstrated by at least a preliminary feasibility study. This study must include adequate information on mining, processing, metallurgical, economic and other relevant factors that demonstrate, at the time of reporting, that economic extraction can be justified;

  • Oil and Gas Business means the business of exploiting, exploring for, developing, acquiring, operating, producing, processing, gathering, marketing, storing, selling, hedging, treating, swapping, refining and transporting hydrocarbons and other related energy businesses.

  • Coal means high-grade, medium-grade and low-grade category A and B coal within the meaning of the international codification system for coal established by the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe and clarified in the Council decision of 10 December 2010 on State aid to facilitate the closure of uncompetitive coal mines;

  • Gas well means a well producing gas or natural gas from a common source of gas supply as determined by the commission.
