Total Price of the Goods and/or Services means the full and final price of the Goods and/or Services charged by the Dealer/Provider to the Customer for the sale of the Goods and/or Services and corresponds to the price of the Invoice and official receipt.

  • Goods and/or Services means all of the Goods (if any) and all of the Services (if any) specified in the Contract Specifics.
