Total Utility definition

Total Utility. Plant shall mean the total of all property properly recorded in the utility plant accounts of the Mortgagor, pursuant to
Total Utility. PLANT shall mean the amount constituting the total utility plant of the Mortgagor computed in accordance with the Uniform System of Accounts. UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE shall mean the Uniform Commercial Code of any state.
