Generator Operator means the entity that operates generating unit(s) and performs the functions of supplying energy and interconnected operations services and the other functions of a generator operator as described in NERC’s Statement of Compliance Registry Criteria located on the NERC website.
Major Work means any Work to Construct or Maintain the Distribution System that costs more than One Hundred Thousand ($100,000.00) Dollars;
DRIVER / OPERATOR means an individual possessing sound mental and physical health who must be in possession of an appropriate professional Driving License and
Tenant’s Work means all improvements, alterations, fixture, equipment, and signage installation, and furniture placement necessary or appropriate for the conduct of the Permitted Use, including all work described as Tenant’s Work on Exhibit D, attached (the “Work Letter”).
The Work means each and every activity required for the successful performance of the services described in Section II, the Terms of Reference.
Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.
Tenant Work All work installed or furnished to the Premises by Tenant in connection with Tenant’s initial occupancy pursuant to Rider 2 and the Workletter.
Landlord’s Work means the work of constructing the Tenant Improvements.
New Work means any Services/Deliverables outside the scope of the Contract and not specifically provided under any Statement of Work, that once added will result in the need to provide the Contractor with additional consideration.
Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.
Landlord Work means the work, if any, that Landlord is obligated to perform in the Premises pursuant to a separate agreement (the “Work Letter”), if any, attached to this Lease as Exhibit C.
Base Building Work means the base building work for the Building as described in this Manual.
Project Schedule means a document that, with respect to each Phase of the Project, identifies, coordinates and integrates the anticipated design and construction schedules, the Contracting Authority’s and Owner's responsibilities, government authority reviews and other activities as are necessary for the timely completion of the Work.
mixed-use building means a building or structure containing a residential and non- residential use other than a home occupation;
Additional Work to mean additions or deletions or modifications to the amount, type or value of the Work and Services as required in this Contract, as directed and/or approved by the County.
tidal work means so much of any work authorised by this Order as is on, under or over tidal waters or tidal lands below the level of high water;
Excavation work means the making of any man-made cavity, trench, pit or depression formed by cutting, digging or scooping;
piece-work means any system by which earnings are calculated upon the quantity or output of work performed;
Generator Owner means the Person that owns the Generating Facility and has registered with the NERC as the Person responsible for complying with all NERC Reliability Standards applicable to the owner of the Generating Facility.
Construction Services means either of the following for construction-manager-at-risk, design-build and job-order-contracting project delivery methods:
Supplier Operations means all assets, processes and systems (including information systems), data (including Customer data), personnel, and sites, used or processed by Supplier from time to time in the performance of this Agreement.
Project Work means the work required to complete the Project.
Building Work has the meaning given to it in section 6 of the Building and Construction Industry (Improving Productivity) Act 2016 (Cth).
Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.
Mixed-use project means a project comprising both a qualified
Electrical work Means any labor or material used in installing, altering, maintaining, or extending an electrical wiring system and the appurtenances, apparatus, or equipment used in connection with the use of electrical energy in, on, outside, or attached to a building, residence, structure, property, or premises. The term includes service entrance conductors as defined by the National Electrical Code.
