TOWER PARCEL means Gas Company Tower, located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, as more particularly described in the Mortgage.
TOWER PARCEL means the parcel of land located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, on which the approximately 1,367,995 square foot office tower is located, as identified and described on Schedule IV-A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TOWER PARCEL means Gas Company Tower, located at 555 West Fifth Street, Los Angeles, California, as more particularly xxxxxxxxx xx xxx Xxxxxxxx.

TOWER PARCEL means all of the Building except the Retail Parcel and the Facade Parcel.

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;
