TOWER PARCEL definition

TOWER PARCEL means Gas Company Tower, located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, as more particularly described in the Mortgage.
TOWER PARCEL means the parcel of land located at 000 Xxxx Xxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, on which the approximately 1,367,995 square foot office tower is located, as identified and described on Schedule IV-A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
TOWER PARCEL means Gas Company Tower, located at 555 West Fifth Street, Los Angeles, California, as more particularly xxxxxxxxx xx xxx Xxxxxxxx.

  • Lender may require an inspection of the premises demised to Sidley Austin at the Tower Parcel at Borrowers’ expense prior to making a monthly disbursement in order to verify completion of the improvements for which the “Refurbishment Allowance” reimbursement is sought.

  • If such an event occurs, CGS-CIMB Futures shall in its absolute discretion determine the appropriate adjustments (if any) to the price and/or quantity of the CFD.Notice of any adjustments may be given to you as soon as reasonably practicable after the determination thereof.

  • Tower Borrower shall, as of the date hereof, enter into a Lease (the “Master Tower Lease”) with the Operating Partnership for the approximately 152,166 square feet of space at the Tower Parcel that is presently being leased to Xxxxx Day (the “Vacant Tower Space”), for a term commencing on November 4, 2006 and expiring on the date that is five (5) years from the date hereof (or August 7, 2011) and otherwise in form and substance satisfactory to Lender.

  • All certifications, permits, licenses and approvals, including certificates of completion and use and occupancy permits required for the legal use, occupancy and/or operation of the Tower Parcel as an office building and the Garage as a parking garage (collectively, the “Licenses”), have been obtained and are in full force and effect.

  • If Lessee does not terminate this Lease in accordance with the foregoing, this Lease shall remain in full force and effect as to the portion of the Tower Parcel remaining, except that the Rent shall be reduced in the same proportion as the rentable area of the Tower Parcel taken bears to the total rentable area of the Tower Parcel.

  • Furthermore, Xxxxxx shall not commit or suffer to be committed on the Tower Parcel or Easements, any waste, nuisance or unlawful act.

  • Lessee shall have the right to install utilities and to improve the present utilities, at Xxxxxx's expense, on the Tower Parcel and Easements (including, but not limited to, the installation of emergency power generators).

  • If, as of the date of execution of this Lease or hereafter, there is any mortgage, or other encumbrance affecting Lessor’s Tower Parcel, then Xxxxxx agrees to obtain from the holder of such encumbrance a Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement that Lessee shall not be disturbed in its possession, use and enjoyment of the Tower Parcel.

TOWER PARCEL means all of the Building except the Retail Parcel and the Facade Parcel.

  • adjacent land means all land that borders a property and all land that would have bordered a property, if they were not separated by a river, road, railway line, power transmission line, pipeline, or a similar feature;

  • Leasehold condominium means a condominium in which all or a portion of the real estate is subject to a lease the expiration or termination of which will terminate the condominium or reduce its size.

  • Hotel Property means a Property on which there is located an operating hotel.

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Project Land means any parcel or parcels of land on which the project is developed and constructed by a promoter;

  • Parcel means an identifiable unit of land that is treated as separate for valuation or zoning purposes.

  • apartment building means a residential use building, or the residential use portion of a mixed-use building, other than a townhouse or stacked townhouse containing four or more dwelling units each of which shall have access to above grade common halls, stairs, elevators, and yards;

Forest land does not include agricultural land that is or was enrolled in the conservation reserve enhancement program by contract if such agricultural land was historically used for agricultural purposes and the landowner intends to continue to use the land for agricultural purposes in the future. For small forest landowner road maintenance and abandonment planning only, the term "forest land" excludes the following:

  • Mixed-use property means an eligible property that includes three or more residential units and may also contain a commercial property component in the same building.

  • Condominium Project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Vacant Land means the land parcels described on Schedule A attached hereto.

  • Interior of the dwelling unit means the inside of the dwelling unit, consisting of interior walls,

  • Owned Property has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Project site, where applicable, means the place indicated in bidding documents.

  • Substitute Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.

  • Crown land means land in which there is a Crown interest or a Duchy interest;

  • residential land means land used or capable of being used for residential purposes (but does not include land on which there is no residential dwelling).

  • Unimproved Land means land on which no development (other than improvements that are not material and are temporary in nature) has occurred.

  • Ground Leases shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.15.

  • Owned Properties has the meaning set forth in Section 3.16.

  • the Land means the land on which the development would be carried out or, in relation to development already carried out, has been carried out;

  • Real Estate Leases is defined in Section 4.7.

  • Plant Site (Works, Factory) means the local integration of one or more plants, with any intermediate administrative levels, which are under one operational control, and includes common infrastructure, such as:

  • Real Estate-Related Assets means any investments by the Company or the Operating Partnership in Mortgages and Real Estate-Related Securities.
