Township Facility definition

Township Facility means any building, structure or premise to which the Township holds right of ownership to, including a building, structure or premise which is leased by the Township,
Township Facility means lands or buildings owned by the Township of Essa.
Township Facility means any land, building or other structure owned, leased, operated or otherwise controlled by the Township, other than a Township road and includes administrative offices, operation centres, libraries, community and recreation centres, parks, sports fields and open space.
