Tract C definition

Tract C. Together with those non-exclusive easements rights under that certain Access Easement Agreement by Chalet Apartments of Topeka, a Kansas Limited Partnership and granted to Chalet Associates, a Kansas Limited Partnership and American Savings Association, providing for access, ingress and egress, over, on and across the East 25 feet of Tract II, recorded in Book 2161, Page 733.
Tract C means the real estate consisting of approximately 9,957 acres. It is subject to the Equitable Title to Land Held in First American Title Trust #8436.
Tract C means the land located at the southwest corner of State Street and North 5th Street, generally known as 504 State Street, Garland, Texas, which the City and Company aspire to develop as a future phase of the Project, under terms as may be agreed upon at a later date.

Related to Tract C

  • Tract means 2 or more parcels that share a common property line and are under the same ownership.

  • Acre or “Acreage” means the land area of an Assessor’s Parcel as shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, or if the land area is not shown on an Assessor’s Parcel Map, the land area shown on the applicable Final Map or other parcel map recorded at the County Recorder’s Office.

  • Open type traction battery means a type of battery requiring liquid and generating hydrogen gas released to the atmosphere.

  • Rechargeable Electrical Energy Storage System (REESS) means the rechargeable energy storage system that provides electric energy for electrical propulsion.

  • Buffer Zone means an area designated to be left along roads or other features in which there will be no cutting.

  • Finished water means the water that is introduced into the distribution system of a public water system and is intended for distribution and consumption without further treatment, except as treatment necessary to maintain water quality in the distribution system (e.g., booster disinfection, addition of corrosion control chemicals).

  • Basal area means the effective surface area available to transmit the treated effluent from the filter media in a mound system into the in-situ receiving soils. The perimeter is measured at the interface of the imported fill material and in-situ soil. On sloping sites, only the area down-gradient from the up-slope edge of the distribution media may be included in this calculation.

  • Beginning farmer means an individual, partnership, family farm corporation, or family farm limited liability company, with a low or moderate net worth that engages in farming or wishes to engage in farming.

  • Contract feeder means a person who as an independent contractor, feeds commercial feed to animals pursuant to a contract whereby such commercial feed is supplied, furnished or otherwise provided to such person and whereby such person’s remuneration is determined all or in part by feed consumption, mortality, profits or amount or quality of product.

  • Diameter at Breast Height (DBH) means the diameter of a tree at 4 1/2 feet above the ground measured from the uphill side.
