Trade Nomination definition

Trade Nomination shall have the meaning given in the Network Code;
Trade Nomination means in respect of a Contract, either a Disposing Trade Nomination or an Acquiring Trade Nomination, as the case may be, nominated in MWh.

Examples of Trade Nomination in a sentence

  • For each Day: (i) the total Trade Nomination Quantities (in TWh); (ii) the aggregate quantity (in TWh) of all Input Nominations for all Users prevailing at the end of the Gas Flow Day; (iii) the total number of Disposing Trade Nominations and corresponding Acquired Trade Nominations; and (iv) the total number of Users that have submitted a Trade Nomination.

  • If by 16:30 CET one such Trade Nomination has not been accepted by GRTgaz, the Clearing House, or its agent, may direct the Seller (or its Transferor) or the Buyer (or its Transferee) who submitted the Trade Nomination to amend or withdraw such Trade Nomination on such terms as the Clearing House may consider appropriate until such Trade Nomination is accepted by GRTgaz.

  • In the event that the Seller (or its Transferor) or Buyer (or its Transferee) have entered a Trade Nomination Quantity different from that appearing on the ICE Endex French PEG Natural Gas Futures Confirmation Report, which has been accepted by GRTgaz under GRTgaz Rules, the Clearing House or its agent may direct the Seller (or its Transferor) or the Buyer (or its Transferee) to amend or withdraw such Trade Nomination on such terms as the Clearing House may consider appropriate.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, in the event of a revised Nomination, the Customer shall make a further Trade Nomination and the Service Provider shall make a corresponding Trade Nomination as appropriate to match the quantity.

  • Gas has accepted a Trade Nomination, neither Party shall, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, amend or withdraw such Trade Nomination.

  • By 18:00 hours on each Day Tabular Viewable Public For each Day: (i) the total Trade Nomination Quantities (in TWh); (ii) the aggregate quantity (in TWh) of all Input Nominations for all Users prevailing at the end of the Gas Flow Day; (iii) the total number of Disposing Trade Nominations and corresponding Acquired Trade Nominations; and (iv) the total number of Users that have submitted a Trade Nomination.

  • Grid Gas has accepted a Trade Nomination, neither Party shall, unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, amend or withdraw such Trade Nomination.

  • Relevant Nominating Body means, in respect of a benchmark or screen rate (as applicable):

  • Nominations means the process by which the customer or the customer's agent notifies the Company of expected transportation quantities.

  • Nomination means a request by a Shipper to Carrier to transport a stated quantity of Crude Petroleum on the Pipeline for the account of such Shipper in any month.

  • Eligible Proposal means a Proposal that meets or exceeds the prescribed requirement, proceeding to the next stage of evaluation;

  • Incumbent Directors means directors who either (A) are directors of the Company as of the date hereof, or (B) are elected, or nominated for election, to the Board with the affirmative votes of at least a majority of the Incumbent Directors at the time of such election or nomination (but shall not include an individual whose election or nomination is in connection with an actual or threatened proxy contest relating to the election of directors to the Company); or

  • Incumbent Director means a director who either (i) is a member of the Board as of the Effective Date or (ii) is elected, or nominated for election, to the Board with the affirmative votes of at least a majority of the Incumbent Directors at the time of such election or nomination (but excluding a director who was elected or nominated in connection with an actual or threatened proxy contest relating to the election of directors of the Company).

  • Request for Proposal (RFP means the solicitation document issued by Purchasing to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • Continuing Director means at any date a member of the Board (i) who was a member of the Board on the date of the execution of this Agreement or (ii) who was nominated or elected subsequent to such date by at least a majority of the directors who were Continuing Directors at the time of such nomination or election or whose election to the Board was recommended or endorsed by at least a majority of the directors who were Continuing Directors at the time of such nomination or election; provided, however, that there shall be excluded from this clause (ii) any individual whose initial assumption of office occurred as a result of an actual or threatened election contest with respect to the election or removal of directors or other actual or threatened solicitation of proxies or consents, by or on behalf of a person other than the Board; or

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Request for Proposals (RFP means all documents, including those attached or incorporated by reference, used for soliciting proposals.
