Trading and Settlement Code or “TSC” means the Single Electricity Market Trading and Settlement Code or any replacement thereof which sets out the rules for trading in electricity and settling energy imbalances and the responsibilities of parties to the code;
Clearing means the clearing and removal of vegetation, whether partially or in whole, including trees and shrubs, as specified;
Recognised Clearing System means any clearing system listed in Section 246A of the Taxes Act (including, but not limited to, Euroclear, Clearstream Banking AG, Clearstream Banking SA and CREST) or any other system for clearing shares which is designated for the purposes of Chapter 1A in Part 27 of the Taxes Act, by the Irish Revenue Commissioners, as a recognised clearing system.
recognised clearing house means an organisation recognised as such pursuant to FSMA;
Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.
Automated Clearing House or “ACH” means a national and governmental organization that has authority to process electronic payments, including, but not limited to, the national automated clearing house association and the federal reserve system.
Trading Access means the right granted to a Person to send RFQs or place Orders and/or enter into transactions for certain or all Swaps to the SEF Platform or execute Swaps subject to the BSEF Rules.
Trading Cushion means the mandatory fifteen (15) Trading Days between Put Dates.
Securities Trading Act means the Securities Trading Act of 2007 no.75 of the Relevant Jurisdiction.
Securities Depositories means DTC; and, in accordance with then current guidelines of the Securities and Exchange Commission, such other addresses and/or such other securities depositories as the District may designate in a Written Request of the District delivered to the Paying Agent.
trading book means all positions in financial instruments and commodities held by an institution either with trading intent or in order to hedge positions held with trading intent;
central securities depository means an entity or generally recognised book-entry or other settlement system or clearing house, central clearing counterparty or agency, acting as a local securities depository, central securities depository or international securities depository, the use of which is customary for securities settlement activities in the jurisdiction(s) in which it holds Securities or Cash in connection with this Agreement, and through which the Custodian may transfer, settle, clear, deposit or maintain Securities whether in certificated or uncertificated form and will include any services provided by any network service provider or carriers or settlement banks used by a CSD.
Dealer means a dealer who sold a Financed Vehicle and who originated and assigned the respective Receivable to AmeriCredit or an Originating Affiliate under a Dealer Agreement or pursuant to a Dealer Assignment.
Trading Session means the period of time during any given calendar day, commencing with the determination of the opening price on the Applicable Exchange and ending on the determination of the closing price on the Applicable Exchange during the regular trading session, in which trading in UTC Shares, Carrier Shares or Otis Shares (as applicable) is permitted on the Applicable Exchange.
Foreign Clearing Agency means Clearstream and the Euroclear Operator.
Securities Depository Nominee means the Securities Depository or the nominee of such Securities Depository in whose name the Bonds shall be registered on the registration books of the Issuer while the Bonds are in a Book-Entry System.
Foreign Securities Depository means a foreign securities clearing system qualifying as an Eligible Securities Depository (as defined in Section (b)(1) of Rule 17f-7 under the 0000 Xxx) that is listed on Schedule B annexed hereto, as amended from time to time pursuant to Section 4.5 hereof.
Relevant Clearing System means (i) Euroclear, (ii) Clearstream, Luxembourg, or (iii) any other recognised clearing system in which ETP Securities of a Series may be cleared.
Recognised Investment Exchange means a recognised investment exchange as defined by section 285 of the Financial Services and Markets Xxx 0000;
Securities Depository means The Depository Trust Company and any other clearing agency registered with the SEC under Section 17A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “1934 Act”), which acts as a system for the central handling of Securities where all Securities of any particular class or series of an issuer deposited within the system are treated as fungible and may be transferred or pledged by bookkeeping entry without physical delivery of the Securities.
Trading Account means the unique personified registration system of all Completed Transactions, Open Positions, Orders and deposit/withdrawal transactions in the Trading Platform.
Recognised Futures Exchange means an international futures exchange which is recognised by the SFC or which is approved by the Manager.
securities settlement system means a securities settlement system (as defined in the CSD Regulation) operated by a central securities depository;
Trading System means the Company’s electronic trade execution system that is used for the trading of Swaps, including the associated hardware, software, systems and communications links.
Clearing System means Monte Titoli S.p.A., with offices in Piazza degli Affari no. 6, Milan, Italy ("Monte Titoli").
Depository The Depository Trust Company, or any successor Depository hereafter named. The nominee of the initial Depository for purposes of registering those Certificates that are to be Book-Entry Certificates is Cede & Co. The Depository shall at all times be a "clearing corporation" as defined in Section 8-102(a)(5) of the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of New York and a "clearing agency" registered pursuant to the provisions of Section 17A of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
