Trading Cycle definition

Trading Cycle means for a particular month of delivery, a cycle beginning on the 26th day of the second month preceding such month of delivery through the 25th day of the month preceding such month of delivery.
Trading Cycle means the period, as notified by the F&O Segment of the Stock Exchange from time to time, during which the Derivatives Contract will be available for trading which may include settlement and delivery.
Trading Cycle means a period of 4 calendar weeks (starting on a Monday and ending on a Sunday).   • Trading Cushion means the mandatory minimum fifteen (15) Trading Days between Put Dates.

  • Reference Market-makers means four leading dealers in the relevant market selected by the party determining a Market Quotation in good faith (a) from among dealers of the highest credit standing which satisfy all the criteria that such party applies generally at the time in deciding whether to offer or to make an extension of credit and (b) to the extent practicable, from among such dealers having an office in the same city.

  • Trading Disruption means any suspension of or limitation imposed on trading by the Exchange or Related Exchange or otherwise and whether by reason of movements in price exceeding limits permitted by the Exchange or Related Exchange or otherwise (i) relating to the Share on the Exchange or (ii) in futures or options contracts relating to the Share on any Related Exchange.

  • Street Trading means the selling or exposing or the offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) or the supplying or offering to supply any service in a street for gain or reward.

  • Issuance Period shall have the meaning specified in paragraph 2B(2).

  • Average Daily Trading Volume means the average trading volume of the Company’s Common Stock in the ten (10) Trading Days immediately preceding the respective Put Date.

  • Large group market means the health insurance market under which individuals obtain health

  • Weekly Reporting Period means any Level 2 Ratings Period.

  • VWAP Trading Day means a day on which (A) there is no VWAP Market Disruption Event; and (B) trading in the Common Stock generally occurs on the principal U.S. national or regional securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed or, if the Common Stock is not then listed on a U.S. national or regional securities exchange, on the principal other market on which the Common Stock is then traded. If the Common Stock is not so listed or traded, then “VWAP Trading Day” means a Business Day.

  • Distribution Compliance Period with respect to any Notes, means the period of 40 consecutive days beginning on and including the later of (i) the day on which such Notes are first offered to Persons other than distributors (as defined in Regulation S under the Securities Act) in reliance on Regulation S and (ii) the issue date with respect to such Notes.

  • Trading System means the Company’s electronic trade execution system that is used for the trading of Swaps, including the associated hardware, software, systems and communications links.

  • Trading Hours means the hours of trading as set forth on the Trading Platform for a particular Underlying Asset.

  • Secondary Market Transaction shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11.1 hereof.

  • Principal Market means the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the American Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board or the New York Stock Exchange, whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.
