Month of Delivery definition

Month of Delivery means the period within Delivery Period (except for the First Month of Delivery as per Article 9.1) beginning at 08:00 CET on the first day of any calendar month and ending at 08:00 CET on the first day of the following calendar month, used in this GSA only for protocoling purposes;

Month of Delivery means the calendar month during which the physical Delivery is completed which is indicated by the cessation of pumping of Product and the tanking of final gauge measurements of the issuing or receiving tank(s) pursuant to determining the amount of Product Delivered.

Related to Month of Delivery

  • Point(s) of Delivery means the point(s) on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider will be made available to the Receiving Party under Tariff, Part II. The Point(s) of Delivery shall be specified in the Service Agreement for Long-Term Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service.

  • Date of Delivery means the date stipulated in the contract for the delivery of the goods.

  • Time of Delivery shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2(c).

  • Point of Delivery , or “POD” means the point at which electrical energy is transferred from a transmission facility owner’s Transmission Facility to a distribution system and where the electric energy so transferred is measured;

  • Delivery Day means a day other than a Saturday, a Sunday or any other day on which national banking associations are authorized to be closed. Any party may change its address for purposes of the receipt of notices and demands by giving notice of the change in the manner provided in this provision.

  • Delay Delivery Certification As defined in Section 2.02(a) hereof.

  • First Delivery Date means the first date by which the commodity for a Futures Contract can be delivered in order for the terms of the Futures Contract to be fulfilled.
