Trading Location definition

Trading Location means each notional point in respect of which Products may be defined, as identified in schedule 2 or schedule 3. Trading Margin, for a Trading Participant at any time, means its Trading Limit less its Prudential Exposure calculated under clause 9.4.1.

Examples of Trading Location in a sentence

  • The Parties shall enter into an Applicable Appendix to this Agreement with respect to Securities Loans of each specified type of security to be loaned at a Securities Trading Location and to be secured by specified types of Securities Loan Collateral at a specified Collateral Location.

  • For each Gas Day and Trading Location, the Operator must determine, for each Trading Participant under a Relevant Transaction, the Trading Participant’s aggregate net trading position, which may be positive, negative or zero.

  • If Delivery Netting applies to a Transaction, then the Delivery Variance Price (DP) is equal to the Average Price (AP) for that Gas Day and Trading Location.

  • Co-location means the use of an existing tower or structure to support antennae for the provision of wireless services. A replacement tower that is constructed on the same site as an existing tower will be considered a co-location as long as the new tower is no taller than the old tower and that the old tower is removed in a reasonable short time frame after the new tower is constructed.

  • Data Local Exchange Carrier or "DLEC" is a CLEC interconnecting primarily for purposes of transporting data.

Switches routing calls to subscribers whose telephone numbers are in portable NXXs perform a database query to obtain the Location Routing Number that corresponds with the Switch serving the dialed telephone number. Based on the Location Routing Number, the querying Carrier then routes the call to the Switch serving the ported number. The term "LRN" may also be used to refer to a method of LNP. "Long Distance Service" (see "Interexchange Service").

  • Project Location means the points or areas designated as such on Exhibit A and located on the ground by reference to points, stations, natural land features, improvements, or area boundary signs. STATE means the Oregon Department of Forestry, State Forester, or a duly Authorized Representative of the State Forester.

  • Site Location means any Site where BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LTD. desires to receive materials any where in India as mentioned in RFQ.

  • Designated Location means the agreed physical location identified in the applicable Notification Form at which where the server-based portion of the Application Software resides.

  • Trading System means the Company’s electronic trade execution system that is used for the trading of Swaps, including the associated hardware, software, systems and communications links.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;
