Trading Limit definition

Trading Limit means a maximum value of a single Transaction or the maximum aggregate value of more than one Transaction.
Trading Limit means the value of a transaction(s) that can be executed on your Account without the need for cleared funds.

Trading Limit means Trades (other than Trades in respect of Credit Impaired Reference Obligations) per Calendar Year Period in respect of which the aggregate of the Proposed Removed Reference Obligation Notional Amounts is an amount not higher than 15 per cent. of the Initial Total Portfolio Notional Amount;

The Company may, at its discretion, increase, maintain or reduce the Trading Limit and/or the Maximum Derivatives Position without prior consent of the Customer.
