If the Trading Limit is exceeded, Galaxy International Securities and/or Galaxy International Futures may decline such Instructions and/or, without giving the Client prior notice, do any other act to ensure that the Trading Limit is not exceeded including, but not limited to, disposal of Securities in the Account.
Such Trading Limit or Floor Limit shall continue to apply unless we notify you otherwise in writing.
