Securities Trading Policy definition

Securities Trading Policy means the policy established by the Board of Directors of the Company from time to time that specifies, among other things, the times when an Emmis employee may buy or sell Emmis Stock.
Securities Trading Policy means the Company’s then-current Securities Trading Policy as it may be amended from time to time and furnished or made available to dx Xxxxxxx and Vxxxxx, including via the Company’s website and/or intranet.
Securities Trading Policy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.01(b).
