Traditional ruler definition

Traditional ruler means the traditional head of an ethnic unit or clan who is for the time being the holder of the highest traditional authority within the ethnic unit or clan and whose title is recognised as the traditional ruler title by the Government of the State.

An example could be the use of a ritual dance in its traditional context, as referring to the performance of the said dance in the actual framework of the rite.154

  • School Rules means the body of rules of the School as may be amended from time to time for legal, safety or other substantive reasons, or in order to assist the proper administration of the School. A copy of the then current version of the rules is provided to each child on entry and is sent to parents with the Acceptance Form. Parents will be notified of subsequent changes to the rules;
