Trained Operator definition

Trained Operator means an individual responsible for the operation and maintenance of the public pool water and the associated infrastructure of the facility who has successfully completed a Department approved operator training course.
Trained Operator means the owner, the operator, or an employee of the facility, who holds a record of completion for the initial course of an environmental training program and maintains her/his status by successfully completing the refresher courses as required.
