Training phase definition

Training phase means a block of training units that comprises a distinct phase in the private security training course.
Training phase means one of two training phases defined as the Pre-Conversion Phase (prior to the effective date of the Cooperative Offering Plan) and the Post- Conversion Phase (events occurring after the Cooperative Offering Plan has been declared effective pursuant to the New York State General Business Law and Private House Financing Law).
