Offering Plan definition

Offering Plan shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 4.1.40.
Offering Plan means that certain Condominium Offering Plan (File No. CD18-0179) for the sale of Units in the Condominium, which has been accepted for filing by the Attorney General and declared effective prior to the Closing Date, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Condominium Offering Plan for 77 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxted as of June 24, 2019, as further amended by that certain Second Amendment to Condominium Offering Plan for 77 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxted as of September 5, 2019, as further amended by that certain Third Amendment to Condominium Offering Plan for 77 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxted as of June 25, 2020, as further amended by that certain Fourth Amendment to Condominium Offering Plan for 77 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxted as of January 21, 2021, as further amended by that certain Fifth Amendment to Condominium Offering Plan for 77 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxted as of June 11, 2021, as further amended by that certain Sixth Amendment to Condominium Offering Plan for 77 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxted as of June 25, 2021, as further amended by that certain Seventh Amendment to Condominium Offering Plan for 77 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx xxted as of October 1, 2021, as the same may be further amended, restated or modified from time to time pursuant to Section 16.1 and Section 16.1 of the Mortgage Loan Agreement.
Offering Plan means that certain Condominium Offering Plan for the sale of Units in the Condominium, which is to be approved by Lender and accepted for filing by the Attorney General, as the same may be further amended, restated or modified from time to time pursuant to Section 16.1.

More Definitions of Offering Plan

Offering Plan means the Plan for Offering of Memberships in Oldfield Club and all exhibits thereto, as it may be amended.

Offering Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Offering Plan means, collectively, the offering plan or prospectus for one or more Units in the Amended Condominium, together with all amendments thereto, prepared in accordance with all applicable Legal Requirements.
