Training Provider Personnel definition

Training Provider Personnel means: all officers, employees, agents and contractors of the Training Provider; and in respect of each contractor of the Training Provider, all officers, employees, agents and contractors of that contractor, who are involved in any way with the delivery or support of any of the Training Services or otherwise with the Training Provider fulfilling its obligations under this VET Funding Contract (including trainers, assessors and administrative staff).

  • The Training Provider agrees and acknowledges that, in addition to its obligations under Clause 13.1, the Training Provider must ensure that its CEO or other representative does not disclose Confidential Information in relation to the Peer Review Panel to third parties or any Training Provider Personnel.

  • In order to constitute sufficient Evidence of Participation, an appropriate Training Provider Personnel member must provide a full explanation of the reasons why primary recording documentation is not available and: a signed and dated statutory declaration containing a full explanation of the evidence being provided and affirmed that is sufficient to substantiate the claim that the Eligible Individual participated.

  • The Training Provider is solely responsible for carrying out its obligations under this Contract and the Department is in no way liable for the actions of the Training Provider or the Training Provider Personnel.

  • The Training Provider releases the Department from all liabilities and Claims directly or indirectly incurred or suffered by the Training Provider or the Training Provider Personnel arising from or in connection with the Department's exercise (or purported exercise in good faith) of its rights, powers and functions under this Contract, including termination of this Contract under Clause 17.

Related to Training Provider Personnel

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Training provider means an organization meeting the eligibility conditions as mentioned in Data Sheet and selected in accordance with the criteria set forth for the purpose.

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Supplier Personnel means Supplier’s employees, consultants, agents, independent contractors and Subcontractors.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Contractor Key Personnel means the Contractor Project Manager and those Project Staff members identified as “Key Personnel” as set forth in a Statement of Work.

  • Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.

  • Local Personnel means such professionals and support staff who at the time of being so provided had their domicile inside the Government’s country.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Service Provider or by any Subcontractor as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part there of;

  • Training program means an NCA-approved Iowa college, the Iowa law enforcement academy or an Iowa hospital approved by the department to conduct emergency medical care training.

  • Educational personnel means persons who must meet requirements pursuant to state law as a condition of employment in educational programs.

  • Medical personnel means those persons assigned, by a Party to the conflict, exclusively to the medical purposes enumerated under sub-paragraph (e) or to the administration of medical units or to the operation or administration of medical transports. Such assignments may be either permanent or temporary. The term includes:

  • Vendor Personnel means employees, agents, independent contractors, or any other staff or personnel acting on behalf of or at the direction of Vendor or any Vendor Contractor performing or providing Services or Deliverables under this Agreement.

  • Key Personnel means those persons named in the Specification as being key personnel.

  • Emergency medical services personnel means that term as defined in section 20904 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.20904.

  • Supportive personnel means unlicensed individuals who:

  • School personnel means professional employee or professional’s delegate of the school district who provides health, educational, social, psychological, law enforcement, or child care services.

  • Training Services means access to Red Hat training courses, including online courses or courses provided at a site as may be agreed by the parties.

  • Support Personnel means employees of a Reviewing Party’s Outside Firm and third-party contractors and employees of third-party contractors who are assisting in this proceeding, provided such persons are involved solely in performing clerical or ministerial functions with regard to documents and information connected with this proceeding, including performing one or more aspects of organizing, filing, coding, converting, storing, or retrieving documents or data or designing programs for handling data connected with this proceeding.

  • Trained personnel means knowledgeable in the following through instruction and/or practice:

  • New jobs training program or “program” means the project or projects established by a community college for the creation of jobs by providing education and training of workers for new jobs for new or expanding industry in the merged area served by the community college. The proceeds of the certificates, as authorized by the Act, shall be used only to fund program services related to training programs made necessary by the creation of new jobs.

  • Key Management Personnel means persons having authority and responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the Company, directly or indirectly, including any Director (whether executive or otherwise) of the Company;

  • Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.

  • Contractor's Personnel means the personnel to be provided by the Contractor to provide services as per the contract.

  • HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers means the Controlling Shareholders (if any), directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers and other representatives of the HSP. In addition to the foregoing, HSP’s Personnel and Volunteers shall include the contractors and subcontractors and their respective shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, volunteers or other representatives;

  • Internet Service Provider (ISP) means an Enhanced Service Provider (ESP) that provides Internet Services.
