Tranche B Repayment Date definition

Tranche B Repayment Date shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5(c).

• Each subsequent repayment instalment under Tranche B will be equal to 1/16 of the aggregate principal amount of Tranche B outstanding on the second Tranche B Repayment Date prior to the repayment being made.

Tranche B Repayment Date means, initially, the day eighteen months after the date of the drawdown of the first Advance; provided, however, the Lender shall be entitled to conduct a review of the Borrower’s utilization of Advances of Tranche B prior to such initial Tranche B Repayment Date (and annually thereafter until the Commitment Termination Date) and, if following such review, the Lender in its sole and absolute discretion determines to extend the date for repayment of the Advances of Tranche B for twelve months, then the Lender shall notify the Borrower accordingly and the Tranche B Repayment Date then in effect shall be so extended for twelve months.

Tranche B Repayment Date means, in respect of a Tranche B Loan, each of the forty eight (48) dates which fall on the Quarter Days as detailed in the Repayment Schedule. In the event that the Delivery Date of a Vessel to which a Tranche B Loan relates is a Quarter Day, the first Repayment Date in respect of that Tranche B Loan shall be the next Quarter Day. If the Delivery Date of a Vessel to which a Tranche B Loan relates falls on any day other than a Quarter Day, the first repayment date of that Tranche B Loan shall be the second Quarter Day after the Delivery Date of the Vessel to which that Tranche B Loan relates. In any event, the final Tranche B Repayment Date shall fall on the Term Loan Final Maturity Date.

Tranche B Repayment Date means the first date occurring on or after the Tranche B Conversion Date which is a Tranche A Repayment Date, each Semi-Annual Date thereafter up to and including the Tranche B Institutional Maturity Date, and the Tranche B Institutional Maturity Date, provided that if any such date is not a Banking Day, the relevant Tranche B Repayment Date shall be the next succeeding Banking Day.
