Tranche B Termination Date definition

Tranche B Termination Date means the earlier of:

Tranche B Termination Date means May 30, 2002, or such earlier date as the Tranche B Commitment is terminated pursuant to this Agreement.

More Definitions of Tranche B Termination Date

Tranche B Termination Date means the earlier of the Tranche B Scheduled Termination Date and the date on which Tranche B Obligations become due and payable in accordance with Section 6.01.
