Tranche B Termination Date definition

Tranche B Termination Date means May 30, 2002, or such earlier date as the Tranche B Commitment is terminated pursuant to this Agreement.

Tranche B Termination Date means the earlier to occur of (i) the date on which the Borrower permanently terminates all of the Tranche B Portion pursuant to Section 2.07(e) and pays in full all outstanding Tranche B Loans and (ii) March 31, 2005.

Tranche B Termination Date means the earlier of the Tranche B Scheduled Termination Date and the date on which Tranche B Obligations become due and payable in accordance with Section 6.01.

Examples of Tranche B Termination Date in a sentence

Beginning on the initial Payment Date and continuing on each Payment Date thereafter through and including the Tranche B Termination Date (as such terms are defined in the Forbearance Agreement) Borrower shall pay interest and the Principal Sum in the amounts, at the times and in the manner set forth in the Forbearance Agreement.
