  • Promptly after a Supplemental Tranche Request, if the Administrative Agent cannot act as the funding agent therefor, the Company shall, subject to the approval of the Administrative Agent (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed), appoint the proposed funding agent for the requested Supplemental Tranche.
