Transaction Cards definition

Transaction Cards is defined in the first paragraph of the recitals.
Transaction Cards means a Card issued pursuant to a license from a Card Association.
Transaction Cards means those credit cards, debit cards, pre-paid cards or other transaction authorization cards as authorized from time to time by Company in Company credit card sales guidelines on SunocoNet.

Examples of Transaction Cards in a sentence

  • Client shall comply in all material respects with all Governmental Requirements and the Operating Rules which are applicable to Client’s business and Client’s other responsibilities under this Agreement, including without limitation securing any licenses, permits, registrations or other authorizations from such governmental authorities as Client may need in order to issue Transaction Cards to Cardholders and to carry out Client’s other responsibilities under this Agreement.

  • During the Wind-Down Period both ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Beaumont and Client will continue to be bound by and perform their respective obligations and responsibilities under this Agreement with respect to Transaction Cards, including authorization, processing, and settlement of Transaction Card transactions and corrections thereto, recordkeeping, statement issuance, and customer support.

  • Processor may immediately terminate ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s right to accept American Express Transaction Cards if (i) Merchant breaches any of the provisions in this Addendum, the Agreement, or the American Express Merchant Operating Guide or (ii) upon American Express’ request.

  • By contacting Processor’s customer service or using some other method established by Processor, Merchant may opt out of accepting American Express Transaction Cards at any time without directly or indirectly or affecting Merchant’s rights to accept other Transaction Cards.

  • You must not use American Express Transaction Cards to verify the age of your customers.

  • Such actions may include, without limitation, notifying regulatory agencies, law enforcement officials, Card Association officials, or affected individuals or entities; submitting to forensic examinations; and bearing all costs of providing notice to affected individuals and other third parties, providing free credit and fraud monitoring to affected individuals, reissuance of Transaction Cards, and other concessions to affected individuals as required by the Rules or Applicable Law or ACH Rules.

  • All transactions affected by use of the ATMs, POS terminals, electronic check transaction, audio response system, personal computer or other electronic transaction contemplated hereunder which would otherwise require your “wet” signature, or other authorizations, shall be valid and effective as if “wet” signed by you when accomplished by use of an Electronic Check Transaction, Card(s) and/or PIN(s) or as otherwise authorized under this Agreement and Disclosure.

  • You must not use American Express Transaction Cards to verify the age of you customers.

  • All transactions affected by use of the ATMs, POS terminals, Electronic Check Transaction, Audio Response/Electronic Telephone Banking System, Personal Computer (Home) Banking System or other electronic transaction contemplated hereunder which would otherwise require my “wet” signature, or other authorization, shall be valid and effective as if “wet” signed by me when accomplished by use of an Electronic Check Transaction, Card(s) and/or PIN(s) or as otherwise authorized under this Agreement.

  • Client agrees to establish and maintain, in a commercial demand deposit account at a financial institution designated by Client, sufficient funds to cover the aggregate amount of all Funding Payments for Transaction Cards issued through Client.


More Definitions of Transaction Cards

Transaction Cards means debit cards, credit cards (including private label and retail credit cards), bank cards, oil cards, payment cards, electronic benefit payment cards, smart cards, stored value cards or other similar cards.
Transaction Cards means a Visa/MasterCard/Discover credit or debit card, travel and entertainment card, or other credit or debit card shown as a qualified card on lists furnished to Customer by the Bank or WorldPay from time to time.
Transaction Cards is defined in the Recitals of this Agreement.

Related to Transaction Cards

  • Card Transactions means any payment made for goods or services, cash withdrawals from a bank or financial institution (including ATM withdrawals) or transfer of funds made through the use of the Card or the Card number.

  • Card Transaction means any purchase of goods and/or services or any transfer or cash advances effected by the use of a Card;

  • Transaction Category means the particular type of repurchase transaction effected hereunder, as determined with reference to the term of the transaction and the categories of Securities that constitute Eligible Securities therefor, which term shall include FICASH I Transactions, FICASH II Transactions, FICASH III Transactions, FITERM I Transactions, FITERM II Transactions, FITERM III Transactions, and such other transaction categories as may from time to time be designated by the Funds by notice to Seller, Custodian and Repo Custodian.

  • Transaction Size means Lot Size multiplied by number of Lots.

  • Cards means either a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express credit card, debit card (or other similar card that requires a PIN for identification purposes), or pre-paid, stored-value or gift card.
