Transaction Cards definition

Transaction Cards is defined in the first paragraph of the recitals.
Transaction Cards means a Visa/MasterCard/Discover credit or debit card, travel and entertainment card, or other credit or debit card shown as a qualified card on lists furnished to Customer by the Bank or WorldPay from time to time.
Transaction Cards means those credit cards, debit cards, pre-paid cards or other transaction authorization cards as authorized from time to time by Company in Company credit card sales guidelines on SunocoNet.

Examples of Transaction Cards in a sentence

  • By contacting PROCESSOR customer service or using some other method established by PROCESSOR, Merchant may opt out of accepting American Express Transaction Cards at any time without directly or indirectly or affecting Merchant’s rights to accept other Transaction Cards.

  • PROCESSOR may immediately terminate Merchant’s right to accept American Express Transaction Cards if (i) Merchant breaches any of the provisions in this Addendum, the Agreement, or the American Express Merchant Operating Guide or (ii) upon American Express’ request.

  • TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR AMERICAN EXPRESS OPTBLUE To the extent Merchant elects at any time to accept American Express Transaction Cards and qualifies for PROCESSOR’s Direct Settlement Program for American Express OptBlue (registered trademark), the following terms and conditions shall apply, in addition to the Merchant Agreement, including the general terms and conditions as applicable (the “Agreement”), shall apply to the relationship between PROCESSOR and Merchant covered by this Addendum.

  • You must not use American Express Transaction Cards to verify the age of you customers.

  • However, if I believe my Card(s) and/or my PIN(s) have been lost or stolen, and I tell you within two (2) business days after I learn of the loss or theft, I can lose no more than $50.00 if someone used my check(s) (in an Electronic Check Transaction), Card(s), and/or any of my PIN(s) without my permission.

  • All transactions affected by use of the ATMs, POS terminals, Electronic Check Transaction, BayFedOnline Banking, BayFedMobile, Remote Deposit Capture, or other electronic transaction contemplated hereunder which would otherwise require my “wet” signature, or other authorization, shall be valid and effective as if “wet” signed by me when accomplished by use of an Electronic Check Transaction, Card(s), and/or PIN(s)/Password(s) or as otherwise authorized under this Disclosure and Agreement.

  • By contacting Processor’s customer service or using some other method established by Processor, Merchant may opt out of accepting American Express Transaction Cards at any time without directly or indirectly or affecting Merchant’s rights to accept other Transaction Cards.

  • All transactions affected by use of the ATMs, POS terminals, Electronic Check Transaction, Audio Response/Electronic Telephone Banking System, Personal Computer (Home) Banking System or other electronic transaction contemplated hereunder which would otherwise require my “wet” signature, or other authorization, shall be valid and effective as if “wet” signed by me when accomplished by use of an Electronic Check Transaction, Card(s) and/or PIN(s) or as otherwise authorized under this Agreement.

  • Processor may immediately terminate Xxxxxxxx’s right to accept American Express Transaction Cards if (i) Merchant breaches any of the provisions in this Addendum, the Agreement, or the American Express Merchant Operating Guide or (ii) upon American Express’ request.


More Definitions of Transaction Cards

Transaction Cards means debit cards, credit cards (including private label and retail credit cards), bank cards, oil cards, payment cards, electronic benefit payment cards, smart cards, stored value cards or other similar cards.
Transaction Cards is defined in the Recitals of this Agreement.
Transaction Cards means a Card issued pursuant to a license from a Card Association.

Related to Transaction Cards

  • Card Transactions means any payment made for goods or services, cash withdrawals from a bank or financial institution (including ATM withdrawals) or transfer of funds made through the use of the Card or the Card number.

  • Card Transaction means any purchase of goods and/or services or any transfer or cash advances effected by the use of a Card;

  • Debit Card Transaction means an electronic payment using a Card for the purchase of goods or services (which can include payment for CashBack), by a Cardholder, to a Retailer displaying the Visa logo and/or who is in the Visa Scheme.

  • Transaction Category means the particular type of repurchase transaction effected hereunder, as determined with reference to the term of the transaction and the categories of Securities that constitute Eligible Securities therefor, which term shall include FICASH I Transactions, FICASH II Transactions, FICASH III Transactions, FITERM I Transactions, FITERM II Transactions, FITERM III Transactions, and such other transaction categories as may from time to time be designated by the Funds by notice to Seller, Custodian and Repo Custodian.

  • Transaction Size means Lot Size multiplied by number of Lots.

  • Transaction Data means observable prices, rates, indices or values representing transactions between unaffiliated counterparties in an active market subject to competitive supply and demand forces;

  • ACH Transactions means any cash management or related services including the automatic clearing house transfer of funds by the Bank for the account of any Borrower pursuant to agreement or overdrafts.

  • Planned External Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned External Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective agreement that is the equivalent of an Interconnection Service Agreement, has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close, and has secured at least 50 percent of the MWs of firm transmission service required to qualify such resource under the deliverability requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement.

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • transaction charge means any amount charged to a client by a registered firm in respect of a purchase or sale of a security and includes any federal, provincial or territorial sales taxes paid on that amount;

  • Digital Cross Connect System or "DCS" is a function which provides automated Cross Connection of Digital Signal Level 0 (DS0) or higher transmission bit rate digital channels within physical interface facilities. Types of DCS include but are not limited to DCS 1/0s, DCS 3/1s, and DCS 3/3s, where the nomenclature 1/0 denotes interfaces typically at the DS1 rate or greater with Cross Connection typically at the DS0 rate. This same nomenclature, at the appropriate rate substitution, extends to the other types of DCS specifically cited as 3/1 and 3/3. Types of DCS that cross connect Synchronous Transport Signal level 1 (STS-1 s) or other Synchronous Optical Network (SONET) signals (e.g., STS-3) are also DCS, although not denoted by this same type of nomenclature. DCS may provide the functionality of more than one of the aforementioned DCS types (e.g., DCS 3/3/1 which combines functionality of DCS 3/3 and DCS 3/1). For such DCS, the requirements will be, at least, the aggregation of requirements on the "component" DCS. In locations where automated Cross Connection capability does not exist, DCS will be defined as the combination of the functionality provided by a Digital Signal Cross Connect (DSX) or Light Guide Cross Connect (LGX) patch panels and D4 channel banks or other DS0 and above multiplexing equipment used to provide the function of a manual Cross Connection. Interconnection is between a DSX or LGX to a Switch, another Cross Connection, or other service platform device.

  • Contactless Transaction means a Transaction that is authorised by you touching or holding your Card or linked device against or near a POS Terminal without the need to insert your Card.

  • Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.

  • Generation Interconnection Customer means an entity that submits an Interconnection Request to interconnect a new generation facility or to increase the capacity of an existing generation facility interconnected with the Transmission System in the PJM Region. Generation Interconnection Request:

  • Business Customer means a customer who is not a residential customer.

  • Cannabis processing facility means a person that:

  • Assisted living facility means any congregate residential setting that provides or coordinates

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Prepaid Card means the MasterCard Prepaid Card that you have purchased from us;

  • Access Card means an ATM card, debit card or credit card and includes our Visa Card

  • SIM Card means the subscriber identity module (a card containing identifying information) which enables a Handset to access the Network.

  • Permitted Receivables Transaction means each of (a) the sale or other transfer, or transfer of interest, by the Company or a Subsidiary of Receivables Assets to a Subsidiary (including, without limitation, Finsub) or the Company in exchange for consideration equal to the fair market value of the related Receivables, (b) the entry by the Company or one or more Subsidiaries into one or more Receivables Purchase Agreements, and (c) the entry by the Company and any such Subsidiaries into such ancillary agreements, guarantees, documents or instruments as are necessary or advisable in connection with Receivables Program Documents.

  • Wireless support structure means a freestanding structure designed to support or capable of supporting small cell wireless facilities. Wireless support structure does not include a utility pole.

  • Minimum Transaction Size means the minimum value of subsequent subscriptions,

  • Centrex shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.2.9.
