Transaction Finance Parties definition

Transaction Finance Parties means the Lenders, each Swap Counterparty, the Arranger, the Facility Calculation Agent, the Facility Agent and the Security Agent (each a “Transaction Finance Party”).

  • Transaction Party means the Company and each Guarantor, collectively, “Transaction Parties”.
