To use e-Pay and / or e-Banking and / or e-Statements and / or Electronic Transaction Notifications.
Transaction Notice means a written request of Seller to enter into a Transaction in a form attached as Exhibit C hereto or such other form as shall be mutually agreed upon between Seller and Purchaser, which is delivered to the Purchaser in accordance with Section 3(c) herein.
Additional Disclosure Notification The form of notification to be included with any Additional Form 10-D Disclosure, Additional Form 10-K Disclosure or Form 8-K Disclosure Information which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit W.
DDA Notification has the meaning provided therefor in Section 6.13(a)(i).
Transaction Confirmation means a document, similar to the form of Exhibit A, setting forth the terms of a transaction formed pursuant to Section 1 for a particular Delivery Period.
Transaction-Specific Hedge means any Transaction that is (i) an interest rate swap in respect of which (x) the notional amount of the interest rate swap is “balance guaranteed” or (y) the notional amount of the interest rate swap for any Calculation Period (as defined in the related Confirmation) otherwise is not a specific dollar amount that is fixed at the inception of the Transaction, (ii) an interest rate cap, (iii) an interest rate floor or (iv) an interest rate swaption.
