Transfer Patient definition

Transfer Patient means a person accepted by CONTRACTOR, or transferred by a hospital 8 to another hospital or health facility without prior approval of ADMINISTRATOR.

  • Antipsychotic medications means that class of drugs

  • Licensed Nurse means an Oregon licensed practical or registered nurse.
