Transfer Schedule. A schedule of Eligible Loans annexed to the Transfer Supplement and delivered to the Purchaser on the related Closing Date, such schedule setting forth the following information with respect to each Eligible Loan: (1) the identifying number for the Eligible Loan; (2) the Outstanding Principal Balance and (3) the Transfer Price. With respect to any Portfolio in the aggregate, the Transfer Schedule shall set forth the following information, as of the related Closing Date: (1) the number of Eligible Loans; (2) the current aggregate Outstanding Principal Balance of the Eligible Loans; (3) the aggregate Transfer Price; (4) the weighted average Mortgage Interest Rate of the Eligible Loans; and (5) for any HELOCs, the Combined Loan-to-Value Ratio.

  • Upon delivery by such Lessees to the Lessor of written notice identifying by VIN each Lease Vehicle to be so transferred from such Transferor Lessee to such Transferee Lessee (such notice, an “Intra-Lease Lessee Transfer Schedule”), each Lease Vehicle identified in such Intra-Lease Lessee Transfer Schedule shall cease to be leased by the Transferor Lessee and shall contemporaneously commence being leased to the Transferee Lessee.

Related to Transfer Schedule

  • Order Schedule means MSC’s form Order Schedule or any other mutually agreed upon order schedule which references this Agreement (by citing the MSC Agreement Number above or otherwise) and sets forth, among other things, the Software, Maintenance and/or Services to be provided by MSC to Customer hereunder and the fees to be paid by Customer.

  • Purchaser Schedule means the Purchaser Schedule to this Agreement listing the Purchasers of the Notes and including their notice and payment information.

  • Transfer Supplement has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(c) of this Agreement.

  • Specification Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Specification.

  • Schedule C means internal revenue service schedule C (form 1040) filed by a taxpayer pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Asset Schedule means with respect to any Transaction as of any date, an asset schedule in the form of a computer tape or other electronic medium (including an Excel spreadsheet) generated by Seller and delivered to Buyer and the Custodian, which provides information (including, without limitation, the information set forth on Exhibit E attached hereto) relating to the Purchased Mortgage Loans in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer.

  • Transfer Form means a standardized form prescribed by the Management Company to be duly filed by the investor to transfer Units and will be stated in this Offering Document.

  • Transfer Notice means the notice of a proposed transfer of Shares described in Section 8.

  • Schedule B herein mean Schedule B attached hereto as constituted on the Effective Date, and thereafter as it may be amended from time to time (deemed or in writing) pursuant to Section 16 or 19(l).
