Transferor Group definition

Transferor Group means the Transferor and its subsidiaries from time to time;

Transferor Group means the Transferor, its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings, any holding company of the Transferor and all other subsidiaries of any such holding company from time to time;

Transferor Group shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.4.

Transferor Group means the Transferor and its controlled Affiliates.
