Transferred Premises definition

Transferred Premises means the real property identified on Schedule 3.7(b), together with all rights, easements and privileges appertaining or relating to such real property, and all improvements located on such real property.
Transferred Premises means premises which on the transfer day become premises so provided and maintained.
Transferred Premises means the real property identified on Schedule 3.7(b).

  • Any rental escalations required under this Lease shall be made under the New Lease on the same date and in the same manner as is required under this Lease, in the full amount required as if such Transferred Premises had been under the New Lease for a full year, notwithstanding that the period from the Property Transfer Date to the rent escalation date may be less than one full year.

  • Seller or a Subsidiary has good and valid title to the Transferred Premises.

More Definitions of Transferred Premises

Transferred Premises means all the real property, buildings and other improvements that are owned and used or held for use by Seller or a Seller Subsidiary primarily in the operation or conduct of the Business, which real property is identified on Schedule 3.6(b).
Transferred Premises means the real property that is leased by Seller or a Subsidiary from Third Parties pursuant to the Assumed Leases.
