In furtherance of this partnership, OVR shall assign a Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) counselor to the school district, and both parties agree to jointly provide the professional services of one Transition Coordinator, who will render transition services to selected secondary students with disabilities enrolled in the School District school system that are (a) in transition from school to work and community and (b) eligible for VR services.
Transition Coordinator services include individualized services that are directly related to assisting students in entering and maintaining competitive integrated employment in the community for VR eligible clients.
