Transition Energy Agreements definition

Transition Energy Agreements means the agreements between the Seller and the Owner Entity or Power Marketing listed on Exhibit A hereto.

  • Power Marketing shall perform all of its obligations under the Transition Energy Agreements to which it is a party, and assist the Owner Entity in performing all of its obligations under the Transition Energy Agreements to which it is a party.

  • Service Agreements means the agreements in the agreed form to be entered into between the Company and each of the Founders;

  • Transportation Agreement means an agreement pursuant to the Tariff under which Transporter provides transportation or other contract services to a Shipper.

  • Intercompany Agreement means any intercompany Contract between (a) any of the Acquired Companies, on the one hand, and (b) Seller or any of its Affiliates (other than the Acquired Companies) or any of their respective directors, officers or employees, on the other hand.

  • Acquisition Agreements means the Nexstar Acquisition Agreement and the Mission Acquisition Agreement, and “Acquisition Agreement” means the applicable agreement in the context used.
