Transitional Agreement definition

Transitional Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Parties, based on the Transitional Agreement Main Principles that provides for the conduct of operations between the Closing Date and the end of the Transitional Period.
Transitional Agreement means each of the agreements attached as Exhibit H.
Transitional Agreement means an agreement which is deemed under article 58 to have been made under section 28C of the 1977 Act and which has not been varied in accordance with article 59;
