Transitional Supply Agreement definition

Transitional Supply Agreement means the agreement, in the form attached as Exhibit 1.34, between Buyer and one or more of Sellers, to be executed as of the Closing, dealing with the short-term Manufacture or Contract Manufacture by Seller or one of Sellers’ Affiliates of Products for Buyer.
Transitional Supply Agreement means an agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto to be executed by the parties thereto at the Closing.
Transitional Supply Agreement means a document substantially in the form of Exhibit D hereto.
