Transmission Tariff definition

Transmission Tariff means, at any point in time, EDTI’s or Fortis’ tariff for the provision of System Access Service approved by the Commission and in effect at such time.
Transmission Tariff means the applicable Open Access Transmission Tariff of the Transmission Provider, as amended from time to time. As of the date hereof, the MISO Tariff is the Transmission Tariff.
Transmission Tariff means the price to be paid by network users to the transmission system operators at different entry and exit points for the provision of transmission services.

More Definitions of Transmission Tariff

Transmission Tariff means an open access transmission tariff, reciprocity tariff, or other tariff to provide transmission and distribution services unbundled from other services.
